## Give the skill to an agent

Paste this file into the agent:

## What the agent does next

The skill is the procedure. The agent matches the request to one row in the task index, fetches that guide, and coaches the person through the clicks. The person still uses Dash, the billing portal, or VirtualText.

Before a cancellation, a port, a payment or address change, an ownership or primary-contact change, SMS registration, or a device return, the agent states the consequence and waits for an explicit yes.
